It is a low to no impact workout that can be enjoyed by all ages. The adult sized hoops I make can be large or small. The larger hoops are actually the easiest to maneuver as you begin learning to hula hoop. Once you have mastered waist hooping with a larger hoop, it is time to move to a smaller
3/4" hoop and it's time to learn some tricks!
